Parent Association of EGA · 2026–2027 Season
Congratulations and welcome to the Parents Association for the Elite Gymnastics Academy. We are a parent-operated, volunteer-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports all competitive gymnasts at EGA.
The three essentials to get started this season.
Place payments in the black PAEGA drop box near the front desk, or pay online via credit/debit card. Make checks payable to 'Parent Association of EGA' or 'PAEGA' with the invoice number and gymnast name on the memo line.
Primary communication is through email and the PAEGA Facebook group. Also check the PAEGA bulletin board (near the women's bathroom) and team newsletters.
Every gymnast MUST have a current USA Gymnastics membership. Parents register and pay directly at usagym.org. PAEGA does not collect USAG fees. Without a current USAG number, EGA cannot register your gymnast for meets.

Typically $15–$25/adult and $10–$20/child. Out-of-state may be higher. Bring cash — some meets are cash-only.
Usually 2 weeks before each meet. EGA emails it as soon as they receive it from the host.
It varies by program. Typically 6–8 meets. You'll receive a form to opt in/out of each meet.

Evenly among all eligible competitive gymnasts by sponsoring meets and fees.
It depends on how much is raised and how many gymnasts share it. Fewer hosted meets in a season may mean less fundraising revenue.
Parents must volunteer at required events (Judges Cup, Candyland Challenge, Ice Valley Invitational, Boys Regional Championships). Hours are announced after event registration closes. If the requirement is not met, a predetermined lump sum payment is billed immediately.
